Facial

Marshmallow facial treatment is designed to help with knotty muzzle while deep cleaning & rejuvenating the skin.

Mud Bath

Mud bath is designed to help with the shedding of your dogs coat, whilst offering rejuvenating qualities of the hair and skin and adds a glossy sheen to the coat.

Nose & Balm

Helps with dry cracked paws and nose.

DE-MATTING

There is an additional charge of £15 for de-matting as this takes extra time to remove knots. If a coat is severely matted I will not put a dog through lengthy brushing as this is very painful for for the dog.

My only interest is the welfare of the dog. So if a dog is severely matted I would clip off and start again. With regular grooming appointments we can start again and grow the coat out to a style that will suit you and your dog.

Flea & Tick

If a dog is found to have friends on board I will give your dog a bath in flea shampoo and ask you to come and pick your dog up. When your dogs friends have gone we can rebook them in .

There will be a charge of £10 this covers the cost of the flea bomb and the clean up of the salon.

Cancellation

When you forget or cancel an appointment without giving 48 hours notice.
There will be a charge of 50% of the grooming fee which will need to be paid before rebooking your dog in again.

You will not be charged for cancelling or rescheduling appointments with 48 hours or more notice.
